You can try either Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu or BOTH. These classes are designed specifically for beginners (we have options for experienced folks too).
In this visit you will:
Learn a few simple, realistic and applicable moves that you can remember the same day
Get a fun, challenging workout at your own pace (no experience required)
Meet our coaches and teammates so you can see if our training environment feels like a good fit
You don’t need to be in shape, know any techniques, or own any gear. Just wear comfortable workout clothes and show up – we’ll take care of the rest!
